Ok, I still haven't solved the problem of OD flickering like mad when I play a DirectX game in windowed mode, but I've found another problem. If I enable tray items in OD+ I can't see running programs at the same time. They both look like checkboxes in the preferences but are behaving like radio buttons with no explanation.
