Using script to download picture file

What is the DesktopX script for a gadget that I would need to down load a picture from the internet to my local drive. I am trying to create a gadget that gets picture files from NOAA. One of the links is:

http://www.goes.noaa.gov/GIFS/HUVS.JPG
