I think that if the circumstances as outlined there fit then yes, as it would be a particular issue.
There are 3000-plus boots, and more logons as well...so to a degree the horse has bolted, but it would have been even more appropriate that IF the wall was another's that its source was linked AND clear credit displayed.
On occasion uploads to those sections have swamped in, raising alarm bells...and specific investigation has shown the images' origin was a site [or sites] which strictly prohibited redistribution in ANY form. They were simply removed.
However...
Wincustomize.com site policy is that the Onus is specifically upon the uploader to ascertain permissions/rights/etc for his works to be uploaded.
That is the first line of defence for propriety.
Second line is the Moderators' picking the 'issue' from the 'OK' and moderating.
Third line is all you guys....catching the strays....[such as that Starwars WB].
Most times it works a treat.
Sometimes people clutch the wrong end of the stick and all hell breaks loose...
