Well heres what Ive got. WindowsBlinds 5 Updated and has been reinstalled a few times in the past. I have a couple of problems that keep coming up to me and driving me up the wall. Tech Support has been less than helpful and I'm about to lose my mind. Here we go. I have two computers running the same version of WindowsBlinds (two very different specs) both with the same issues.
1. After booting/rebooting all animations for the Common Tasks pane no longer function, they just appear and disappear isnantly on clicking instead of fading and sliding like usual. In order to make them work you have to go into Performance on the computer and all you need to do is change one option and change it back and hit Apply and then they work, regardless of whether the option you changed was for those panes.
2. After booting/rebooting the very first window or object you open gets some wierd black bars along the right and bottom edges and the buttons are off the window so you can't click on them, when the winodw first opens you can see Windows Classic flash for a split second and then its like Windows Blinds wakes up and skins it but doesn't resize the window or something. Here is a screenshot.
3. Now this only does this on Internet Explorer but everytime I minimize and then restore the titlebar displays in the very middle of the screen. Usually clicking on where the title bar should be makes it jump back up but its really kind of annoying.
4. When I open Photoshop 7 and it had been full screen previously it shows the title bar as being full screen but there is like a half inch gap around the window. Clicking on Restore brings it back to windowed mode and then clicking full screen makes it jump to a proper full screen size.
5. Whenever I open a sub-menu on my start menu it flashes briefly and on occasion the contents dissappear until you run over them.
6. In IE 7 Beta 2 When you bring up the Find words in page dialog the frame displays for the box but the contents are invisible you can even click through the box to the buttons below.
Thats about all I can remember. If anyones else has discovered solutions please share your knowledge. Thanks.
