Missing Big Picture

I'm using Stardock since a couple of month, not just continously but up and then. Here my problem:

I really do miss the big picture of all these tools and features, e.g.
- Stardoch Central
- ObjectDock
- Wincustomize
- LogonStudio
- Object Desktop
- Themes
- CursorXP
- Thinkdesk
- IconPackager
- Suites
- ObjectBar
- DesktopX
- Style Vista
- Window Blinds or skins or visual styles
- Widgets, Kapsules, Gadgets

and many more.

Sure, one can read and find out what it does. However, at actual work you never know which tool, suite etc. is best for what. And you also never know if these applications like each other or not (rather not as I find out continually).

Why can't there be a single tool to handle all one needs for customizing his desktop. If that's not possible a drawing or a workflow showing the relationship between these tools and their main purpose would be of great help.

Looking forward and dealing with about 20 different tools in the meantime.

If they were bundled into one mega tool it would be incredibly bloated.

You can use Theme Manager as the centralized way to deal with your desktop.

Uff, many thanks for the fast reply. Hmmm, guess you are right. If you use Stardock daily you probably navigate easier (meaning the quantity of stuff there). But, okay, for my purpose ThemeManager should do it. Thanks again and cheers, walt
