There's no terms of use, no document outlining what protections there are on the content, how it can be used, whether or not you'll get spam etc... It looks like there's one of those "Buy ad space by the pixel" pages to attempt to fund this project, and a CafePress store, but there's no other visible source of income, nor is there anything linking this back to a larger business venture that could be supporting it.
The biggest thing missing is the user agreement. Without that there's no way to tell who owns what and who has what rights. This is a legal quagmire that you want to sort out very very soon before you get more users.
Also, there needs to be some obvious way the site is supporting itself. Right now it looks very fly-by-night and I don't get the impression that it could afford to continue operations if even 10 people signed up and used their full 3GB/mo transfer allotment.
