Gah, I need some software help.

Everytime I start up Napster, I get the message stating "Napster has encountered a problem and needs to close". Every single time, and I can't find any link to any sort of help on their website. Any help?

....translates as....

"Napster has developed a sense of social conscience and morality and no longer wishes to leech copyrighted works".
