sure you are, you just don't know it.
open any graphics program. say, paint since paint will work. once it's open, minimize it. (paint can usually be found by 'start' > 'all programs' > 'accessories' > 'paint'
when you have the page up you want people to see, tap the print scrn key (usually the one on the right, next to F12) - the picture then gets saved in your clip board..
bring paint back up, click 'edit' > 'paste' = you picture will now appear.
now click 'file' > 'save' or 'save as' - a box will pop up -
at the top it will say 'save in:' and show a destination. if it wanted to go to 'my pictures' and you can get to 'my pictures' already, then there is no need to change the destination. or you can use the drop down arrow to the right of that and pick some place to save it where you can find it. desktop works nice for that.
for 'file name' - it usually says untitled which will be fine, unless your destination folder or desktop already has one name untitled - if so, give it a name or add number to it.
the last drop down is 'save as type' - the drop down arrow on the right should give you options on type= such as bitmap, GIF, PNG, JPEG - pick one of those (not all sites take TIFF if you have that option, but they take the 4 mentioned. you can even do a 'save as' 4 times to get one of each type so you can see which format is the smallest in size - the smaller size is easier to upload.
once you have your picture saved, post back and mention which site you would like to try uploading to - (imageready and photobucket are both free) - & some one will post instructions for it.
