They have released an updated version to Openoffice.

Thank goodness for Open Office. That program has saved me a ton of money and Microsoft hassles . . .

I like OpenOffice.  I really do.  I just can't use it without having to have Office installed as well (for compatibility/formatting)issues.  And so I just stick with Office these days.  One day I am hoping to be able to completely replace Office with OpenOffice.

There's a feature of OO 1.1.5 that keeps me from upgrading.

If I paste relative images from a web page into 1.1.5 the images are displayed. In newer versions the images aren't shown.
