It was NEVER 'on topic'.
mokegowa ....quite often a WA skin themed as such is simply created by grabbing a suitable Movie image and applying it with a proggy like 'Skinmaker' which sets the image as the background 'skin' and applies default [read - boringly bland] buttons.
Such skins are generally not even accepted at Wincustomize.com but are as common as mud at winamp.com ....
