Hi - I've notice that the (otherwise excellent) Mac OS X tiger skin causes MS Outlook to lose it's headings (actually they're rendered in white on a vey light grey background). I could just about live with this, but my favourite code editor (Top Style) also loses its line numbers in the same way. I have found out that this has something to do with the color in which MS Windows "3D objects" are rendered - (ie if I open up my display properties, select "Appearance", then "Advanced", then "Other advanced controls", then click on the [OK] button displayed in the UI preview to change the attributes of "3D Objects" if I subsequently click on "Color1" I am presented with a very light grey R,G,B=138. If I change those values to "135" - this seems to make both Outlook and topstyle work properly. Unfortunately, this fix only works temporarily as the next time the skin is loaded I lose the settings. I've tried editing the skin using skin studio but I just get loads of errors - the program seems unable to locate all the images used in the skin and won't compile it properly - is it possible to get a hold of a copy of the skin without the 3d object properties? )
