Modifying WB themes in SS

I am using OD and WB5 and I'm interested in changing the default font size and res settings for WB themes.  Can I use the standard version of SS to do this, or do I need to upgrade to pro version?  I am running 1600x1200 res and I need larger font sizes.  Some of the WB themes I want to use always default to normal font size when Windows starts.
