I hear you. I've experienced a similar problem in that WB5 doesn't seem to load properly since the last update. I, too, am running XP x64 with lots of memory. I find that I have to kill WBInstall64.exe and then manually load WB from the Start Menu. Some times I'm presented with a dialogue box suggesting that I have to reboot my computer after installing the program, or I can select to use additional resources. I opt for the additional resources and then the program seems to work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program several times, but that doesn't seem to help. Love the program, so I hope this issue gets resolved soon!
