Can ObjectDock + hide desktop icons?

There is an option to hide the start bar there, but I think hiding the desktop icons would be more beneficial.  Is there a way to do that with OD+ or any of the other Stardock products (other than DesktopX - I'm already using Aquarium Desktop 2006)?  Thanks!

Not that I am aware of.

Can't you hide them yourself? Or do you want them to come and go when you start the program?

My problem is, I got rid of all the icons except Recycle Bin -- anyone know how to do this?
(To get rid of the others, go to Control Panel, Desktop, click Appearance, then Customize. You can uncheck all the icons except Recycle Bin.)

right click the desktop > arrange icons by > uncheck 'show desktop icons'

You can also get rid of the recycle bin (if you want - I did) using TweakUI... FWIW
