Can someone help me? Account Expired???

Hey.

I think I shouldn't be seeing ads, but I am. I go to my account and it says I joined.... 01/01/1900

So while I am a WinCustomize Subscriber (at least I think I still am), I think the year 1900 clearly overides my 2 year subscription...

I can't go to the page now because wincustomize is still going through some trama, but on my profile page it says I am a current customer (wincustomize subscription is I am not mistaken because my OD subscription hasn't been renewed yet)

If I'm wrong then ok, but those crazy ads are starting to get to me... I don't want an xbox360 after kissing brad pitt with a mouse curser and right clicking.

The only way to get rid of the ads is to subscribe to the site which will make you a level 5 customer. When you buy Stardock progs that makes you a level 4, but you will still get some ads and be limited to downloading only skins that you have bought a prog for except walls.

Had you been around then I suppose it would.....plus qualify you for the WC Centurian Award

Of course, it could be that you're lying about your age for some reason?? Some will subtract a few years to qualify for insurance plans, etc....others add some to avoid National service, etc. In my teens I used to add a couple of years to impress a lady I may have been interested in....then sadly, after a divorce a couple of decades later, I found myself subtracting many more years than I ever added, pretty much for the same reason

ah ok.
well, I don't mind too much. I just hope it eventually goes away. after a few times, shooting ninjas to win a XBOX360 is just not fun anymore.

Sorry, this is not a database error. The system is working as designed. Being a current customer does not qualify you to have the ads removed. There might be 1 or 2 ads less than a standard user but for the most part a current customer see's almost all the ads.

The only way to get rid of the ads is to be a Subscriber with an active subscription.

Level 4: Current Stardock customer. These are users who have either purchased Object Desktop Network or some other Stardock product (Stardock is WinCustomize's sponser) within the last 2 years. These users get all the benefits of a registered user plus:

Level 5: WinCustomize Subscriber. Users who are current WinCustomize Subscribers get all the benefits of level 3 & 4 users plus:
