help of builting a simple analog clock widget

with backround image and a click event to load a page

Hi all

i am a started here in desktopx

I need to built a simple widget which

1. needs to be standalone and executable together with being added to windows autostart when installed.

2. a simple analog clock widget

3. a simple click action that will load a predifined page if the widget is clicked.

any help on doing this, or letting me know of any limitations, it will be very helpfull to me since i will understand how to built more stuff using desktopx

if you want something that doesnt require DX loaded to work, you need to buy DX PRO and make a gadget. As for the clock, look in the forums there are DOZENS of analog clocks, and digital ones too.
As for the web page, simply make one of your objects a "URL" object and put in the web address to goto when you click it.

Again, look at some of the widgets on this site you can import them into DX and see how they were made.
