it does not work when i drop it there. it does nothing when i push it. why is it so?

also: do i have to put all files to specific folder if i download theme like apollo theme? if yes then i don't get it why. it should work like windowblind and load it automatically from zip. dock thing is the most unworable stardock soft imo. there's lot to do still, but i can't deny that these softs are not dope - thumbs up. lets say that workflow and trying to get all parts for each theme is taking too much time n hassle. nowdays people don't want to make even one click more than have to. also i feel that there's too many softs - should combine many of them and it gives you feel that they cross eachothers as functions - so it kills your pleasure to make things fast and that you feel you got total control.

also: i visited deviant art and it seems there's zips under windowblind xp that do not load and say that .uis is missing - i assume that it's for windowblind, not sure tho. there seems to be visual skins too - are they as good, what are the differences? ok - enough questions for now.
