how to script hotkeys for Windows Media Player?

I looked in the skins provided by WMP10 and could not find any place that listens for the Alt+1/2/3 keys (50%, 100%, 200% zoom for movies)
And the corporate skin seems to be embedded in some obscure place of the OS.

Anybody help me with this puzzle?
